Partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to support them through times of change and transition, has always been my passion.
It’s a passion that has evolved and matured with me, informed by my personal and professional challenges, achievements and downfalls.

Before founding Namah & Partners in London, I lived in New York City for 20 years, where I led and grew two successful companies; the latter, an award-winning branding design firm, as Managing Partner and Head of Strategy.
It was extremely rewarding. I travelled internationally, working across varied cultures and industries, creating unique strategies that propelled our clients’ brands into the future. In both roles, it became apparent to me that, although change is natural and inevitable, intentional change requires a huge dose of clarity, courage and motivation. Furthermore, the impulse or desire to change coexists with the resistance to change. I could see this within myself, my business, my team and our culture; also within the companies we worked for.
Rainer Maria Rilke said: “Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions for now.” My questions were personal as well as professional.
I wanted to understand how we transform and grow towards wholeness – aligning who we are with what we do – and how we can live and lead ourselves and others authentically.
While ‘living my questions’ I learned that the intellect has relative merit, yet, to create real, sustainable transformation, we have to dig much deeper; we must tap into our emotional, intuitive and creative inner resources. I came to realise that what is invisible is actually essential, and that bringing forth what is beneath the surface is key to overcoming our resistance to change. I approached my inquiry through personal practice and professional development. I studied voraciously at major institutions, gaining several qualifications and became a professionally certified life and leadership coach, organisations relationship systemic coach, team performance coach, and mediator. The journey transformed me and my work in ways I never could have anticipated.
I not only found my answers; in the process, I aligned who I am with what I do.
Now, my purpose is to empower clients to unlock their own creative leadership in order to bring about the positive change they long to see within themselves and in the world.
